The service industry encompasses many different models from hotels, themed parks to luxury brands and retail but what connects them all is a drive for consistency in service and staff who bring the brand to life for guests and customers.

Through activities, role-plays with professional actors and theater games, Sam’s workshops on Living the Brand give participants an opportunity to take theory and put it into action. Working alongside colleagues, participants explore their company’s culture with the goal becoming brand ambassadors. Staff come away from the sessions feeling more confident and, as a result, are prepared to make decisions and take action.

Full and half day sessions facilitated in Mandarin or English.
