What Results Can You Expect?
Teresa Norton has a unique approach to coaching. She uses the skills she developed as a theater director to help her coaching clients develop fresh ways of looking at the role they play as leaders and the impact their actions and reactions are having on the people around them. Teresa has achieved some pretty startling results.
We invited over 140 executives who had been coached by Teresa between 2011 – 2015 to complete an anonymous online survey to measure whether the coaching had a lasting impact. We wanted to find out if they had made positive changes as a result of the experience, if those changes were recognized back in the workplace and if they continued to apply what they learned.
A number of the men and women who were surveyed had not worked with Teresa for over 5 years.
