There is a perfect balance between theories and break-out exercises. In the past I have been wary of break-out exercises because in many of them, a considerable percentage of members don't really participate. But in Sam's everybody's engaged, everybody picked up some useful insights about themselves, and everybody was having fun. There were around 8-10 modules we designed for the entire 3 day program. And Sam's module ranked first and most loved."
