About Teresa
I am a senior executive coach who spent the early part of my career working in professional theatre as a director, actor and published playwright. Over the past 20 years I have used the tools that theater directors, actors and playwrights employ in my work with leaders.
Over 300 professionals, from C-Suite executives to middle managers from multi-national companies including American Express, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Dentsu Aegis Network and Electrolux have benefited from my unique approach to leadership communication and so can you.

The Workplace Big-Five Personality Profile assessment begins the journey of self-discovery. Developed over the past 60 years by university researchers around the world, this comprehensive psychometric tool not only gives insight into your nature and predispositions, it also increases your ability to better influence and engage senior stakeholders, colleagues, your team members and clients.
The online assessment takes approximately 30-minutes to
complete. Once your reports are received a certified Workplace Big-Five assessor will go through your scores during a 1.5-hour Zoom/Skype debrief call with us both.
The Narrative and Trait Reports will form the basis for discussion during the complimentary follow up coaching session when we’ll explore how your instinctive reactions to people and situations at work have impacted your effectiveness as a leader, identifying areas where new approaches would be helpful.
