We take a humanistic approach to addressing bias by exploring the practical benefits to inclusivity. Our sessions examine the psychological function of trust and how it can be cultivated. Using tools from improvised theater and thought-provoking group activities, we explore human nature. Through script writing exercises and facilitated role-plays, relationships are redefined to optimize diversity.
